Sofia always embraced physical activity as a whole and in 2010 he began training in the area of Clinical Pilates. That same year she began her professional work in physiotherapy rehabilitation clinics, starting with pilates classes and working with her patients in a clinic. Later, her taste for women's health practice went further and she began by teaching what she knows to pregnant women with pre- and postpartum Pilates.
