clinical pilates classes

In clinical Pilates classes, we always meet what our user/athlete needs most; a small assessment is carried out to understand their objective and most significant needs. Clinical Pilates has many advantages with a well-done job guided by a Physical Therapist with training in Pilates.

All people can and should perform this modality, presenting good results when working with different areas. It is helpful for people with back problems, lumbar spine pain, pelvic floor disorders, incorrect postures, urinary incontinence, lack of concentration, breathing difficulties, and competitive athletes, among others.

A healthy mind and body is a set of exercises that help improve posture, flexibility, breathing, strength and endurance to prevent injuries. Clinical Pilates is a set of specific and adapted practices monitored by Physiotherapists to prevent and rehabilitate pathologies.
