During my pregnancy, I practised pilates since week 5.
For us, each pilates class with Professor Sofia was much more than 50 minutes of enjoyable, specific and carefully chosen exercises. We live with other pregnant women; we exchange doubts and taboos and keep us active, far from a sedentary lifestyle. These were moments of sharing very enriching experiences that reassure us and clarified for a moment that we all want to go well, on the day of delivery. I loved it and recommended it to all future moms.
